Common Food Truck and Catering questions.

How much setup space do you need?

Our Truck is 26' x 10' wide. We would prefer to be in a somewhat level area. Our Smoking rig measures 22' x 8'

How and when do we pay for catering?

There is a downpayment required to secure dates. The remaining is due the day of the event. We accept all forms of payments. Credit Card transactions have a 3% processing fee.

Can you bring the Truck for a catering event?

Our catering prices do not include the Food Truck. This of course can be added for an additional fee.

Do you bring the Smoke Rig for private events?

Often we get requests to finish-cook onsite. Nothing like the smell of fresh BBQ in the air! This can be added for an additional charge.

Do you need electric or water?

No, We are completely self-contained running on a gasoline generator.

How long do you serve?

Full service catering is scheduled for 2 hours. We would be happy to extend this time for an additional cost.

What are your catering portion sizes?

Meat portions usually are 6-8oz. All side dishes are 3-5oz. Once you have a final head count, we will discuss your selections with you ensuring all guests are pleased with their meals.

Do you supply plates and utensils etc?

Our catering prices do not include eating utensils, only service utensils. This however

can be added for an additional cost in most cases.

The Food Truck will include disposable boats, trays, containers, and plasticware.
